1. 3 balance meals per day (1-2 snacks when training)
2. 20-30g pr protein at each meal (10g snacks)
3. ½ plate of vegetables
4. STOP eating 3hrs before bedtime, 1st meal 12-14hrs later
5. 3 Liters of water per day (1L w/electrolytes)
